SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
At My Dogs Merch, our goal is to make shopping for your dog simple, enjoyable, and worry-free. We partner with trusted third-party suppliers who ship orders directly to you. The following policy explains how shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds work on our store.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Processing includes order verification, supplier handling, packaging, and preparing your shipment.
Shipping Time
After processing, most orders arrive within 5–12 business days.
Shipping times may vary due to supplier location, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as it is available.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or update it.
Cancellations are not guaranteed because some suppliers begin processing orders immediately.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Window
Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days and provide:
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• Your order number
Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.
2. Buyer’s Remorse (Changed Mind, Wrong Size, No Longer Wanted)
Some suppliers accept remorse returns, and some do not.
If a supplier accepts the return:
• A restocking fee of up to 35% may apply
• Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
We will clearly communicate all fees and requirements before processing the return.
If the supplier does not accept remorse returns, we will notify you.
3. Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout:
• Contact us immediately, but address changes are not guaranteed
• If the order has shipped, the customer must contact the carrier
• Orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address cannot be refunded unless returned in good condition
If the package is returned to the supplier, we can refund or reship the order. Additional shipping fees may apply.
4. Lost, Stuck, or Destroyed Packages
If tracking information shows that a package is lost, has not updated for more than 7 business days, or has been declared destroyed by the carrier, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Please note that extended delays during holidays, severe weather, or emergencies may require additional time before a refund is approved.
5. Package Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to the supplier during transit, you may request a refund or reshipment.
Refunds are typically issued within 3 business days of supplier confirmation.
Replacements generally ship within 5 business days.
